If you shoot on Sony cameras long enough, extra batteries stop being optional. They become part of the basic kit.
I picked up this Sony NP-FZ100 battery 2-pack with charger because I needed extra batteries for my Sony ZV-E1, and when it comes to power, I strongly prefer using authentic Sony batteries over gambling on cheaper off-brand options.
After testing this kit, my opinion is simple: the batteries are absolutely worth it, but the included charger is not the reason to buy this bundle.
